An air shower removes contaminants from clothing and other items before entering your cleanroom. High-pressure, HEPA-filtered air quickly blows particulates from surfaces and then removes them from the air shower area. The HEPA or ULPA filtration system is located on the top of the unit, requiring ample ceiling height.

This standard air shower includes the following standard components:

• Plastic laminate finish
• All surfaces are sealed
•  Commercial duty aluminum doors with 1/4" tempered glass
• 99.97% absolute filters
• 30% pre-filters
• Micro processor control system
• 5 HP direct-drive (except on 4'x4' size)
• Factory pre-wired and tested
• Disconnect / motor starter / with short circuit and overload protection
• Emergency panic switch
